The Twin Lakes Shopping Center, located in Wichita, Kansas, is approximately 313,495 square feet and sits on a 15.3 acre lot. The center houses numerous tenants including credit lease tenants such as Wendy’s, Blockbuster, Aaron Rents, H&R Block, Godfather’s Pizza, Famous Footwear and Fashion Bug. In addition to the occupied space, the center contains a mostly vacant building which was previously a Sears. IPS will be involved in renovating the “Sears Space” into approximately 45,200 square feet of climate controlled mini-storage along with approximately 60,000 square feet of mixed retail and office space.
The renovations will significantly improve the overall quality of the center elevating it to a whole new category.
